AUN 200
AUN stands for “Aluminum UNiversal” and this range of ramps will lift motorcycles, but also act as a cargo slide or cargo loader.
They slide straight out like a cargo slide but will also tilt to load/unload motorcycles and cargo. Cordless tool driven, no need to draw wires or drill holes in the cargo bed. Aerospace aluminum construction, using 6061 T6 alloy. Can be cut to size or extended to carry choppers. Metal parts are zinc plated and powder coated.
Can be equipped with extenders to lift bikes to 1,5 meters. Will work with vans, but also monster /adventure trucks, Pick-up trucks etc. The lift system uses a self-locking, fin cooled, oil submerged, self-locking worm drive. Recommended torque for the cordless tool is 60Nm (18 or 24V professional tools will do).
Please note that you can adjust different ramp lengths by yourself, using a bench mounted circular saw to cut them to size.

AUN 100
This is the shorter ramp and it is used for street bikes or more compact motorcycles around 2 meters total length.
Many clients use this one mounted sideways in RV’s or across a trailer bed/pick-up truck cargo bed. Although it is shorter, it can be equipped with extenders to reach down to the ground from 1,3 meters height max (other heights available upon request). It is also very popular with vans.

AUN 150 “HYBRID”
This ramp uses the short base ramp of the AUN 100 and the long tilt ramp of the AUN 200. It is used by clients having pick-up trucks with a short cargo bed but a high loading height, like Jeep Gladiators or crew cab Raptors. The shorter ramp can be cut to the exact length of the cargo bed with the tail gate down. Then it will work very well and it will even load bikes that are longer than the truck’s cargo bed with the tailgate down, so that there is no overhang, and no unnecessary load on the tailgate.
The AUN 150 will reach down to load motorcycles from a height of 90cm. It can be equipped with extenders such as the AC 001 so that it can be used with loading heights up to 1,5 meters.

AUN 200
This is the standard sized ramp (2500 mm) used to load motorcycles into standard pick-up trucks with a load height of 90cm and a cargo bed + tailgate down length of around 2.5 m. It will work on most standard trucks without any modifications. However we do advise to cut the base ramp to match the length of the cargo bed + tail gate down. The tilt ramp can stay as it is.
Can be used with long bed trucks too, where the AC 004 tailgate adapter can be used to close the tailgate after loading the bike.
It can be equipped with many accessories, to extend load height or to minimize load angle.

We realized that most mechanically minded people have a cordless drill. So we designed the motorcycle loader to work using a cordless drill. No effort, no need for special installations or batteries, no need to drill holes, or draw cables. It should be a cordless tool using 18 or 24V, with an output of 50Nm. In an emergency, the motorcycle loaders can be operated by hand using a standard 19mm wrench (3/4"). The same size like most wheel bolts. The AUN 200 motorcycle loader will lift bikes into pick-up trucks with a load height of 900mm or 35". If you have a crew cab pick-up truck like a Jeep Gladiator for example (with a short cargo bed) we can then cut the base ramp to suit your exact cargo bed plus tailgate length. If on the other hand you have a long bed pick-up truck, you could use the AUN200 motorcycle loader together with the AC 004 tailgate adapter so that you can close the tailgate after loading the bike. By approximately 85 mm. However if straps are used to compress the front struts of the motorcycle, the height rise is zero, or negative. For example if the client compresses the front struts 100mm, then the motorcycle can be loaded in a space 15mm lower than its original height.
